 Mom puts many different costumes on Randy for the city masquerade carnival. Randy decides for the first time to say NO to Mom and makes his own decision. He paints ChaCha to make it look like a racing car, and he himself dresses up as a racer. During the carnival, Randy stumbles over some people and creates havoc. He decides to hide away and regrets making his own decision, but Sara and ChaCha teach him that it is important to stick to one's own decision. |
